Oregon
Oregon is a diverse state with mostly cooler weather, but also has beaches, large mountains and even has temperate rainforests. When I
think of Oregon I usually think of the ocean and thick woodland, but the eastern part of the state is actually made up of desert. On my
trip to Oregon I wasn't able to explore the deserts and many other places, so this is definitely a place I need to go back to.

Oregon - Trees
These photos are of some forests in
Oregon, you can see more moss growing
on the trees in the outside pictures. The
top photo was taken of the evergreens
along the highway.
Oregon has lots of waterfalls. The bottom left ones are from the same park which is called Silver Falls. Silver Falls
Park has several trails you can hike that pass by over a dozen waterfalls. The big waterfall in the center with the
bridge is outside this park but its name is Multnomah Falls.

Oregon - Cannon Beach
My first photo here is the type of scenery I expected to find in Oregon, green forests along lakes and oceans. On the
right is a photo from the temperate rainforest area, you can see all the moss growing off the trees.
Above is some scenery from the Pacific coast. The name of this area is called cannon beach, and it is one of
Oregon's most famous places to visit.
These two photos above are of Ecola beach. This whole area is a very scenic part of Oregon's coast. Like I said
before, Oregon does have temperate rainforests, so that means it does rain a lot in this state. The two photos above
weren't taken that far apart from each other, but you can see how fast the weather can change.
