I've met lots of other travelers who have been to many countries and several of them say Italy is their favorite country to travel to. When I went to Italy I only went to the city Trieste and to Venice. All the pictures below are from Venice. The first one is of an area called St. Marco. The next picture is of the main area of Venice.

What makes Venice unique from every other city in the world is there are no land vehicles allowed here. That means no cars or motorcycles. You're either walking, riding a bike or in a boat. The pictures above show the 'streets' of Venice and people's boats parked outside their houses.

Above are two different churches in Venice. The one on the left is called the Basilica di Santa Maria Della Salute, or just as the Salute. It was completed in 1681. On the right is the San Giorgio Maggiore Church located on an island in Venice. This church was completed in 1610.
