France has a reputation for being a very romantic country with lots of great food, great Paris Hotels and many places to see, but also has a reputation for being rude. Unfortunately for me I ran into a few situations where this proved true, but for the most part everyone I met were very kind and helpful. My neighbors in Virginia are straight from France, and they are seriously some of the most generous people I've ever met in my life! I first arrived to France in the port city of Marseille and later traveled to Paris. Check out Paris Hotels here. On the lower left is a picture of downtown Marseille, the largest city in the Mediterranean Sea. The other three pictures are all from Marseille as well.
